Delivery is free on every UK order, and every parcel is tracked.
When will my order arrive?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. This item usually arrives within 7–14 business days of your order (Monday to Friday, not counting UK bank holidays). The dates beside the price are worked out from today.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Some of our products ship to the US, Canada, Australia and 11 EU countries, including Ireland, Germany, France, Spain and Italy, but this item ships to UK addresses only for now.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Some items ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses, so if you order more than one item they may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.
What if my order is late, lost or damaged?
If it hasn't arrived by the latest date, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We'll chase the carrier and send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you'd like to return it, then 14 days to send it back. Return postage is free if the item is faulty or not what you ordered. Our refund policy has the details.
